A Few of our Annual Festivals

Dunedin hosts many events throughout the year. The city is vibrant with energy from all of these events enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. (Most festivals are on hold due to Covid-19)

Dunedin Mardi Gras

Mardi Gras Parade & Festival is one of the largest Mardi Gras celebrations in the Southeast. Enjoy in grand style and celebrate with food, drink, music and a parade featuring over 50 unique colorful floats. As well as a complete VIP Experience which features features unlimited wine, beer and hors d’oeuvres within a lounge setting with private executive rest rooms.

Dunedin Wines The Blues

Festival guests can enjoy non stop music blues music and purchase wines from vineyards spanning many varietals. Wine not your thing? We have craft brews. Foodies will be excited to taste all of the deliciousness from food vendors, vendors as well as all of our award-winning restaurants in the downtown. The ultimate VIP Experience features unlimited wine, beer and hors d’oeuvres within a lounge setting with private executive rest rooms.

Dunedin Orange Festival

The Dunedin Orange Festival is a family friendly summertime event centered around the history of the city and the citrus industry. This annual fund-raiser for the Dunedin Museum resembles an old fashioned family event from the days past. Vintage cars, swing music and pinup ladies wandering the venue all bring a bit of nostalgia to the town.

Seafood Festival

The purpose of these festivals is to bring the community together to enjoy the city’s beautiful green waterfront park while meeting local artisans, arts & craft merchants, budding new entrepreneurs, all while sampling local restaurant’s cuisines focusing on … seafood. Although mostly attended by locals, these festivals have grown popular among our northern states visitors for baseball’s spring training (home of the Blue Jays) and travelers from all four corners of the Earth

Celtic Festival

The Dunedin Celtic Music & Craft Beer Festival presented by the Dunedin Scottish Arts Foundation is an annual event centered around Traditional and Contemporary Celtic music and both local and national craft beer. The 2019 festival featured music by Off Kilter, Seven Nations, City of Dunedin Pipe Band, Bad Haggis, and Leahy from Cape Breton! This is a great chance to see our world famous pipe band preform!



Craft Beer Festival

Dunedin House Of Beer presents the craft beer festival. This family fun event has beer from over 50 breweries, live music, local vendors with arts and crafts. This springtime event continues to grow over the years and is generally held in early spring.
